Impressive throttling of a quality team in their house...without our leading scorer. Didn't even have to rally and wear them down with speed/hustle.

Some random things:

Is Kentucky still Kentucky?

Why canâ€™t those assclowns in Turdscaloosa suck when we are good? Iâ€™m sick of their bad hairstyles. Sick of hearing about a kid who took money but gets to play because, NCAA. Why canâ€™t we have our own thing without them horning in on the attention?

Iâ€™m no basketball fan. But itâ€™s fun to look at the results and know we are doing it the old way and not hauling in a pile of rent-a-one-and-dones. I know thatâ€™s not the formula to win the NCAA any longer but I really like seeing an unselfish team that meshes well together.

A few stats.

Auburn is first in the league in scoring. (85.5 ppg)

They are taking and making more 3's than anybody in the SEC. By a pretty good margin. They're 2nd in 3-point percentage at 39%. Arky is 1st at 40%

The Tigers are 4th overall in rebounding. Very Sonny Smith-esque in that he never had anyone over 6'8". Normally a bunch of 6'5"-6'7" guys and they were always at the top of the league in rebounding. Pearl's guys are fitting that mold.

Auburn is 3rd overall in assists.

Pretty impressive and I really don't know what the drastic change has been. Yes, it looks like they live and die by the 3 with the number of them they take. But, they really do so many other things well. And the thing that has impressed me the most is that after every loss, they've rebounded and played like it never happened. I keep waiting for a loss to mean, "Okay, here we go. They're going to come back to earth." But a tough loss to A&M at home did nothing to keep them from going on the road and bitch slapping the Dog$. Oh.....fuck Georgia.
