Still got points. I love the way Gus kept his foot on the petal. Our D is made to dominate opponents who are down. We all talk about how he's learning on the job and I think LSU this year was his best learning experience.

That trick play tells me that Gus already believes that he isn't going to win this game.  It's still the 1st quarter.  You're only down by 4 and at midfield.  Don't waste plays on stupid shit where you're expecting your QB to make a toe-tap catch on the sideline.  Especially when you're moving the ball decently just running your offense.  Marathon, not a sprint.
