I'm not looking for a home run hire.  Just someone with decent experience and a good track record of winning.  I have no doubt that we'll continue to reel in top 10 recruiting classes, so the talent should always be there.  Just need someone with an idea how to utilize it.  I truly believe we could have fired Malzahn before the season, let Lindsey run the offense and Steele the D and we'd be 7-0 and top 5 right now.

Another interesting one to me who Jarhead brought up, would be to go back to our Pat Dye roots and take Craig Bohl from Wyoming.

Bohl was the one that turned North Dakota State into a powerhouse.

Agree. The overall management of the football program is not the problem.

It's mostly about micro managing, poor strategy and not making proper adjustments.

They can handle the gametime duties without a dictator fucking up the works.
