Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Scarbo's piece referenced the relationship between JJ and Gus as "fractured".  I had not heard all that until it was mentioned this past weekend.  Earlier this afternoon, I came across the last couple of minutes of Finebaum interviewing Brandon Marcello.  BM said the same thing, that the two don't even speak.  Marcello was pretty straight forward in saying that Leath has been very hesitant in getting involved with the athletics side but it's time for him to step up and take a leadership role.  Went on to say nobody in a leadership position is saying or doing squat.  (My words)

Asked about Stidham and BM said he's a very good quarterback but extremely limited by play calling.

Plus he's lined up at WR for 2 of them.

Don't know if anyone noticed, but in the 4th quarter, we had a 3rd and very long...again, and the formation included 6'1" 240 pound fullback, Chandler Cox....as a wide out.  Not in the slot.  Not H-Back or whatever the hell they call it.  A wide receiver standing 3 feet from the sidelines, ready to run a 40 yard route.

I'm sure I heard the LSU CB asking, "What the Fuck?"

Gus supporters have a very deep appreciation for the element of surprise.

In his defense, after two twirly birds, Cox was standing wide open by himself. Unfortunately, the play had been over for at least three seconds...
