Seems like a poorly considered philosophy to try implementing some new plays against a top 5 opponent, but what do I know?
I took that to mean they only ran six or seven plays in Lindsey's offense. Vanilla. Sandbagging. They did what they needed to do to handle GSU and no more. They didn't run half the stuff they ran in the spring or the scrimmage.
That said, the part about Stidham holding on to the ball too long scares the bejeezus out of me. I was pissed about the pass blocking, and it did in fact break down several times. But either JS was indecisive or the receivers weren't getting separation on several plays. Climpsum will slap a bitch if that happens Saturday.
