The Red Sox are considering changing the name of Yawkey Way -- historic Yawkey Way -- because Tom Yawkey who owned the team from 1933 - 1979 didn't integrate the team until 1959.
That's absurd. That's ridiculous. That's a clear indication of just how fucked up this country happens to be.
What else was integrated in 1959? Oh yeah, the Yankees managed to integrate three whole years earlier! They were trailblazers.
