Ok.  So this smells funny. 

First they said he refused to take a breathalyzer.
Then they said he blew a 0.00. 
Then he said it was prescription drugs.

I saw the dashcam video.  The unsteadiness, the wobbling, the struggling for words, the slurring... That just doesn't look to me like anything but drunk.  And the arresting officers said he smelled of booze. 

Is it possible they're covering for him?

If driving while under the influence - does it really matter what the influence is? Point is, whatever the influence is, no one should be out trying to operate a 2 ton vehicle on a public road. Whether it's an illicit drug, booze, narcotics, bad pussy, shrooms from snags.

Haven't researched but I've watched enough Cops to know that by refusing the breathalyzer he gets an automatic suspension on his license.

Who cares if you can have someone drive you around anyway?

I understand how people get tagged on DUI's.  It's easy to do and it happens to a lot of good and decent people.  Not making excuses or saying it's ok, simply saying that people make mistakes. 

But if you have the money that Tiger does, why in the fuck are you out driving around while either drinking or on medication?
