Any member school of the SEC West that makes a divisional championship the litmus test for retaining their football coach is going to be coach-shopping every 3-5 years.

Winning the SEC-W cannot be the only acceptable outcome, not with the rampant cheating that is being allowed to occur across the state.
Lose to another shitty Georgia team, though? Run that whirly bird shit and cost us two or three games? Look like a total idiot with no backup plan when things go slightly awry? Make zero adjustments when the original plan isn't working at all? Those things are unacceptable.
He's GOT to start looking like a competent coach with a firm grasp on his job and less like a bumbling monkey who isn't sure what to do, hesitates when he should act boldly and barges ahead when he should hold back. If he continues to appear lost and floundering, the record is secondary. He can't continue to be learning on the job and screwing it up.
