The last 10 meetings between Ole Miss and The Hawgs has Arky with a 6-4 edge.  The average points per game is 55.  They've only eclipsed the 60 mark twice in that time and one of those was last year in a 53-52 overtime game.

Take out last year's game and the average is just under 50 points a game the previous 9.

Thinking this years will be closer to the exception than the norm.

Now watch it be 14-13.

Agree with this man.  BYU has picked it up offensively the last 3 games averaging 39 per.  I think they're good enough defensively, and at home, to keep an anemic offense like MSU to 24 or less.

And given my prolific prognosticating skills, the game will turn out to be 10-9.

Louisville is about to finally put Duke away.  Just over a minute to go and they scored a TD to make it 24-14.  What was the spread?

Watched this game.  If Duke had any play calling at all, they beat Louisville handily.  It was like 45 Auburn first down plays in a row.  Hand off up the middle.  Hand off up the middle.  Hand off up the middle...

I don't recall Cutcliffe being so conservative.

Welp...14-7 MSU at the half.  Been watching this game.  BYU may have a little better QB.  BYU may have an edge in skill position players.  A little better.  Maybe their scheme is better than Mullen's.  Haven't shown it so far but possibly they crank it up in the 2nd half. 

But one thing is for certain.  As bad as MSU is in the SEC, they're 10X bigger, faster and more physical than the Mormons.  The Dregs from Starkvegas aren't a very good team.  At least not in the SEC. But for one half anyway, they're the superior team.

I still expect BYU to get it together. But they won't out-physical the bottom dweller of the SEC.
