Watched the game again just to see what I might have missed. 

The announcers were fucking atrocious. 

They bitched and moaned about the hit on Etling that got Williams ejected.  I didn't see it as being targeting at all. And if it was, the hit Arden Key put on White was even worse. But they didn't have much to say about that one. 

Everything they said was stupid. 

The hyperbolic bellowing "THE TIGERS ROAR!!" at the end, the complete inability to see that the ball was clearly not snapped in time, the failure to make any note of the fact that Etling was very close to over the line (he might have had the shadow of one cleat on the line), the shrieking about "cataclysmic reversals" and then the moaning about the game literally being decided in the booth.... it was just too much.

Those clowns need to go somewhere else.  I hated their presentation.

That was a hit by the crown of the helmet. Intentionally? No. Overdone by Gilmore and Johnson? Yes and having listened to their broadcasts a handful of times I do not see the bias of a Musburger or Lundquist.

I kept expecting us to get a pass interference penalty resulting in an automatic first down and losing a heartbreaker.

We definitely outpointed them for the decision but it sure was a dramatic climax, certainly better than the alternate ending.

I tried to mute the audio and listen to the radio.  There was an obvious delay issue that I resolved by pausing the video.  Buuuuut...after returning from a commercial break, the game was three plays in before the radio broadcast began again.  Couldn't ever resolve that growing disparity in the broadcasts and had to ditch Rod.

I fucking hate the tv talking heads.

Truth be told, the receiver wasn't even set when the ball was snapped.  So not only did they not get the play off, there should have been another penalty.  For the love of all that is good in this world, my 10 year old son was even screaming that the play didn't count.  Those two were drunk or something.
