I though about this and CCTAU's post in the other thread and I like mine better. Just make Garner the interim, leave Steel to business at hand and kick start this search ahead of the pack. Jacob's is in the way and that ain't changing anymore than that buyout disappears. Tick, tick, tick!

Why do we have the same "QB coach/OC." Most programs get rid of coordinator if he isn't delivering. There's no change just a guy that says we are close yet still clinging to Lashlee. And now we have Hand as well. Between the three of them one would think they could get it right.
