If I hear one more expert, analyst, talk show host, caller, bag boy at the Pube Licks or random guy on the street say, "Clemson gonna' win big because look what Deshaun Watson did to that Bama defense"....I'm going K-Tomato, bat shit crazy on someone's ass.

I asked a guy this morning that was rambling on about what Watson did to the best defense evah, what he thought about Louisville?

Well, Clemson scored 40 on Bama but Lousiville held them to 20.  Must mean the Cards' defense is twice as good as Bama's.

What about Notre Dame?  They only allowed 24.  What about FSU?  They gave up 23.  In fact, 8 teams including 3-9 South Carolina did better against Clemson's offense than Bama's D. 


As I've said before, Clemson is real good and Watson is a legit Heisman frontrunner.  Bad ass. But mother trucker...everything is not measured against Bama's defense.

Well, to be precise, all football is measured against the 92 defense.  Last year's was slightly short of that mark but Tacocasagrande has assured us that this year's will be even BETTAR!!

I haven't tuned in, started to listen or even turned on one sports talk program. I won't turn on ESPN till kick-off of any game I want to watch. I don't want to hear a bunch of goobersmochers ramble on with their personal opinions and love of all things turdculoosa.

I wouldn't be shocked at all.  I've said from the start, if our QB steps up and plays even Chris Todd solid, we're going to be damn good.  If not, then it's back to the Ham come December.  We have 4* and 5* guys at virtually every position on both sides of the ball.  Just need someone to take the rains...reigns....reins....grab the bull by the horns and run the show.
