That’s behind us. Four fine young men, they made a mistake and I’m confident they won’t make any more.â€Cowart came to Auburn ranked as the No. 1 overall recruit in the nation in 2015, however failed to live up to that lofty rating his freshman season. In eight appearances, Cowart registered six tackles and did not have a sack.Auburn kicks off the season Sept. 3 at home against the reigning ACC champion Clemson Tigers.
