147. Jeff and Bob are arrested after being found by police in a parked car smoking marijuana and in possession of a stolen firearm.  The charges of Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana and Felony Possession of a Stolen Firearm will apply to:

A.  Jeff only

B.  Bob only

C.  Both Jeff and Bob

D.  Neither if both Jeff and Bob play football for the University of Alabama.
