The only reason this was news is that it happened outside Saban's jurisdiction. Had this happened in Tuscaloosa, it would have never seen the light of day. The delay the other day was just extra time to get the $$$ sorted out and in the right hands.

You know, I have no idea if any of the 4 Auburn guys popped for having the sticky will miss time or what their punishment will be...or was. But you can be damn sure the charges won't be dropped. If this guy has a rep for coddling non-violent offenders, you give them deferred prosecution. You keep them out of jail, which I didn't expect or even want them to get anyway.
