I'm sure that the Leftists are perplexed by this interactive graph claiming that Americans spend and consume far too much, but it shows exactly how much better Americans live than our "global" neighbors.  This is great!

I think rather than being perplexed the leftists see this graph and think they can tax us all the more to get a cut on some of that discretionary money for their social engineered wealth redistribution programs.

Remember what Walter Mondale said when running for the senate as recently as 2004 (to replace Wellstone) "We're gonna tax the hell out of them..."
