Well that game WAS on the seniors. It was a helluva season. 2-1 is not getting your crap pushed in. There were many opportunities and we just could not strung it together.

Definitely the two best teams.

Never really threatened the Sooner Sow. 1 run and what was really just 4 hits doesn't cut it in any game, much less the MNC game.  Just didn't hit the ball.  Hate it for them.

I think the biggest dagger was when we got bases loaded with no outs, and wasn't able to push a run across.  Five hits and one run equals crap pushed in for our offense IMO.

Errors are what everyone will look at. And yes, they hurt. But that OU pitcher is incredible. We were very evenly matched. Bases loaded and 0 runs hurt.

I love watching these girls and admire their grit. Great season. I believe we'll be there again.

I give her credit for looking like a rutting hog standing on two legs.  And for gobbling male hormones like they were M&Ms.  That's about it.

She can paint that strike zone like Greg Maddux. It was impressive. Without her I don't think they are even in the series. Their bats were relying on errors by Auburn a lot in all 3 games.

I still say the bases loaded with no outs being squandered was more critical. With a pitcher like Parker you don't get that scenario very often so you have to pounce when has the rare mess up. And we didn't.

We still only gave up 2 runs the whole game even with the errors. That should win 90% of games. The bats are to blame for this one.
