Apparently, our favorite sports conglomerate, ESPN, is going through some changes. A ton of turnover in recent months, some forced and some over disputes.

Mike Tirico:  Very solid announcer IMO.  Hate to see him go.

Chris Carter:  Did a decent job but this one didn't make me blink.

Ray Lewis:  Lucky he didn't off a bitch on the way out the door.

Skip Bayless:  Why oh why oh why couldn't it have been that loud mouth racist, Steven A. Smith?

Curt Schilling:  When Michael Sam and Bruce-ina Jenner are your Courage Award winners, you'd better tow the company line.

Trent Dilfer: No biggee but I always thought he was a solid analyst.

Colin Cowherd:  You either loved him or hated him but he was always entertaining to me.  But like Schilling, his comments rubbed the ESPN brass the wrong way.

Bill Simmons:  That's Mrs. Simmons' boy.  That's all I got.

Keith Olbermann:  I may disagree with his politics, but when he focused on sports, he was damn funny to me.  He and Patrick are still the best Sports Center co-anchors ever to grace the set. That was back in the day when ESPN was at its best.  To me anyway.

Jason Whitlock:  Meh!  Can't recall much about the guy.

Jason Whitlock:  Meh!  Can't recall much about the guy.

Didn't care much for Tirico.  Too exuberant calling games.  Seemed forced.

Skip Bayless is a dumbass.  But you're right. At least he wasn't a loud know nothing racist like Stephen A.

Patrick and olbermann were magic.  Used to watch SC just for them.  They made it what it is today, which isn't what it was when they did it.   I like Scott but his show is painful to watch.

Dilfer is a loss despite those stupid "dimes" they had him doing.

Ray Lewis should be in prison.

The one I wish they would get rid of is Barry melrose.  I hate that guy.  As soon as he comes on the screen I change the channel.

Holly Rowe has a huuuuuge stinker. It is even fat from the scholarship donor seats.

When she's lumbering down the sideline, it looks like two coons fighting in a crocker sack from a rearward view.

Simmons is a good writer, but too NBA-centric for me.

Cowherd and Olbermann and too smart for most of their audience and I like that about them.

The rest of that crew can piss off.  Not a single memorable voice/character on the list.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.
