TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, Ala. — It was a bad 4/20 for a Stoner in Tuscaloosa today.
On the biggest day of the year for pot enthusiasts everywhere, Nicholas David Stoner was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, according to Tuscaloosa County jail records. Stoner, who's also charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, is being held in the county jail on bonds totaling $12,500.
Meanwhile, Cordova police are still looking for contestants in their 4/20 marijuana contest.
