To all you miscreants. Got a 5 lb. beef tenderloin marinating since 7:00 this morning that will go over the coals in a few short hours. If the rain will slack off for the first time in about 2 months, we plan on blowing shit up with a box of fireworks. We have a bottle of champagne ready to pop at midnight but it will probably not be touched as is usually the case. Number one, because I hate champagne. But more importantly, I'm usually snoring my head off by 10:30. Playoff football on the tube. I'll be pulling for Sparty but won't be too upset if the mouth-breathers win because I have 37 confidence points on them in the BFTC.
Above all, be safe. Stay off the roads as much as possible but fork out the $$$ for a cab if you are away from home and partaking of the bubbly. Peace out X'rs.
