The last couple of years, I would have said we had zero chance of beating them. They've had some damn good teams in recent years. I google chromed them and this year, they're 4-6 coming into today's game. Pretty stout schedule so far and they've hung with some good teams like Kansas, but apparently they're not as strong this year. Still, it would be a good win if the Non-Nerds can pick it up.

That Troy team I went to see last week took Ole Miss to overtime last night, losing 83-80. Like I said, Troy is not very big but they matched OM in rebounds at 40 apiece. Don't know who the Fighting Black Bear Ackbars have played but they're 10-2 so they have to at least be pretty decent.

I'ma be honest. I was hoping this bunch would be far more competitive than they've shown so far. I can handle a close loss to a good Colorado squad. They should never lose to Middle Tennessee State then get skull fucked 2 out of the next 3 games.

There was a point about 9:00 to go in the second half. Auburn up by 8-9. It was a horror story from that point on. Ridiculous calls against AU but more importantly, putrid basketball by our guys. Kareem Canty is a talent. He really is. But when your offense consists of 10 straight times down the court with 4 guys standing still and Canty going...cross over...between the legs...between the legs...between the legs....between the legs...shake and bake...cross over...pull up....launch 3 pointer from 30 feet...

You suck. That's coaching. Exactly why he went 1-15 against Harvard. Sorry, but Pearl has to do a better job than that. When you have zero movement and continuously let one guy be your entire offense going one-on-one every time down court.....

They're a legit 6-5. No fluke. This team isn't very good.

Not very good right now. They still have way more talent than they've had since the days of Cliff. They can still gel and get some momentum. Pearl has won and won big everywhere he's been. Gotta' keep the faith he'll get it turned around here.

Good win, but misleading. We could have easily lost that one.

They were shockingly bad from 3 point land.
We couldn't get an offensive rebound to save our lives.
Our bench is starting to look a M.A.S.H. unit.
