Ok, so since it's time for Halloween and all, the question must be asked, what gives you the creeps?  For me it's clowns and midgets.  Knowing this, a friend sends me a story that talks about the video below.  Let me just say for the record.  If I was to catch some bastard doing this at my house, they would leave in a body bag!!

My neighbor growing up got his hand caught in a meat grinder or slicer or whatever.  Either way he only had a nub and a toe transplanted to be a thumb.  Great guy but it is his right hand and he always offers it for a hardy hand shake.

Gives me the heebie-jeebies. My cousin married a guy that lost his index finger in an industrial accident. It was lopped off right at the knuckle. The first - and only - time I shook his hand, I felt that nub hit the palm of my hand .... I wanted to scream. Maybe it would have been different had I known beforehand, but no advance notice was given.

One of my Captains in the military lost his three middle fingers above the knuckle (somehow), well when he would shake your hand those three would twitch and give you the finger in the palm scratch.
