The "communist candidate" is the best one for the Country, it is what it is. The more Carson talks...I'm now starting to doubt his intelligence. As for Toupee, filing Chapter 11 on four of his business to wipe away their debt owed to banks, employees and suppliers is not someone I'd trust to run the Country. If you think those two candidates would be better for this Country than Bernie Sanders, someone who has held a public office for 34 years...then you are among the people that shouldn't be allowed to walk around without a helmet.

Maybe you should do some research before calling someone else a moron or idiot...just saying.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Worked great in Cuba, the Soviet Union and Venezuela. Where you get pistol whipped for speaking out of turn or have to ask permission to get medical care or food. Thats exactly what a free society looks like. Getting permission from another human being to "live". Sign me up.

Humans are fucking stupid sometimes. And history repeats itself because we are so flawed in getting woo'ed by "all that glitters is gold".

Most people that have any sense and intuition figure out very early in life that a low paying job will not cut it later on in life if you want just about anything. Its an entry level job. It took me being at a grocery store about 2-3 months at age 16 to know I needed more than that. You see a paycheck. You figure out what things cost. You figure out what you bring home a month. And it clicks.....this isnt gonna work. I need more. Well, thats how people used to think. You want more, you work more. You earn it. It works. Then people like you and Bernie were spawned. And instead of saying "I need to do more", they just ask for it from someone else who did say that and earned it. And people like Comrad Bernie espouse this position to the idiot masses because its an indirect way of buying votes and a form of populism that has ventured into sheeple pandering.

Let me get this straight with you....you think I or Kaos or whoever else that is probably considered middle class on this board, should have their already high taxes increased, and given to others because we had some gumption to do something with our lives? You want us punished and them rewarded when we did all the right things, and they did all the wrong things and fucked around at McDs until they were 29?

If you believe that moronic "evil billionaries!!" rhetoric, then you are falling for the Alinksy Propoganda of the Century. Take a look at the tax code and see where the big jump is amongst normal working people. Its when your household crawls above that 90K mark. Hardly rich. Remember when Obama harked all the "fair share" shit in 2008? It was billionares only though. Well, then millionaires. No wait, its just 250K now. And Joe the Plumber of all people called him out on this shit.

Evil Rich People = any normal middle class household that makes over 90K. Fact....so says the IRS tax code table in our wonderful progressive tax system.

BTW - I have no issue with uber rich people paying their fair share. When Mitt Romney or George Soros pay a lower tax rate than most of their workers that make under 100K, then yeah thats an issue. These guys pay lawyers millions to save many millions. Which means closing tax shelters and loopholes where they move their money either offshore or to capital gains to get a lower tax rate. No issue with making them do that at all.

From an uber conservative Bible thumping, rich people loving ABC News article...

Quote
"We have a president who is probably the most radical president in American history," Gingrich said this week. "If you look at his background, he's really a lot more Saul Alinsky and radicalism than he is anything to do with the traditional American models."

The attack falls in line with an effort by Republicans to accuse Obama of engaging in "class warfare." Alinsky, after all, began his book:  "What follows is for those who want to change the world from what it is to what they believe it should be. The Prince was written by Machiavelli for the Haves on how to hold power. Rules for Radicals is written for the Have-Nots on how to take it away."

Obama has written and talked extensively about his time as a community organizer on the South Side of Chicago. But one short essay he wrote in 1988 hints at his philosophy about Alinsky activism.

On a serious note...are y'all voting for Ben Carson because he's a Neurosurgeon and you figure that he must be extremely smart to do so, or voting for him because he's the best candidate of the Republican side...or maybe voting for him because he's a "medical malpractice nightmare" with some cases still pending? I'm no rocket neurosurgeon, but I think that leaving a sponge inside someone's skull, then claiming that it's a tumor is a serious no-no.

I'm just curious.

I am going to vote for him because he has no experience at really running anything on that scale.

Real answer?

He isn't in my top 3. I think hes a swell guy. Nice fella and all that shit. But Trump and a few others have made some good points about Carson - he has no experience with ANY aspect of running the world. Foreign policy, economics, dealing with the spider web that is capitol hill, deals, negotiating, etc. Maybe one day, but not this cycle.

Ive already said I personally prefer Rubio. He's a combo of smart, diverse, experienced, young and pragamatic. He's also not a spineless jellyfish like Bush or Boehner. He would give the GOP a new face, and get away from it being the crusty old angry white man party. I think Paul Ryan's assention to Speaker also helps this.

What would you think of a Rubio/Carson ticket?

Would have no issue with it.

And it would be an extemely diverse ticket - Rubio a latino from the South, Carson a black guy from the North. Its too bad guys like Prowler are so racist that they would rather vote for an angry old bitter white man than a couple of minorities. I thought we were past all that in our country. So sad how some are still.

It's a fact that he's considered a malpractice nightmare, you should maybe do your research on the man you're voting for to run the Country. Before he retired he settled two more cases, paying the people out of pocket. This is also the same doctor that claimed to have his prostate cancer removed by some supplements, nevermind the fact that he had surgery to do so.
