Agree with others that other improvements should be made before seats are added:  redo the facade, improve the concourse, improve the bathrooms...etc

Upgrade wifi and connectivity. And definitely add potties. MOAR POTTIES.

IMO, they should concentrate on the facade, concessions and sound system more than adding to the endzone. If they have $70M laying around after the cost for those additions/renovations, then yeah make the addition.

Hopefully, they'll have enough carryover in the budget to paint lines on the new grey field too. Gonna be hard enough following along without a scoreboard.
