I believe that our lack of wins--like failing to catch up with the Hogs last night--has less to do with our inability to score and much more to do with non-believing and fair-weather fans.

i.e., "fans" (and I use this term loosely) who claim to be Auburn men but pull for other school's teams.

In order for Pearl to make the kind of difference that we know he is capable of making, these people need to be eliminated. And by eliminated, I mean killed. Invite them to dinner, cut their throat and wrap them in a 16 mil tarp. Put the body in your trunk and take them to a swampy area or river. You know the drill.

Make your list and set a goal of offing 3-5 of these dregs. I know who my top target is.

They were just over-matched by the hogs. You cousl see some good things happening, but just not enough players ready for prime time.

Harrell can sling it, but nobody to go with him. Bowers looks strong at times, but then like a bumbling idiot. The boy from Canada looks to be promising, but not quite there yet. And Travon "this is his year" Reed is just not strong enough to bang just yet. Thompson is a nice piece, but just not enough around him to allow him to just be a complementary piece.

Hated to see the kid got out with his shoulder again. I'm just trying to figure out how you injure your shoulders playing basketball.

But in the end, we did fight hard. That is something that can be built on.

They are worth watching this season. we haven't sad that in a long time! We are close.

How the hell do people pull for teams where there is nothing at stake, no connection, zilch?

WT, you needn't be so elaborate, risky with a list or even labored by disposal. It's much neater to make your point, watch them breathe their last and leave the cleanup for others.

I was secretly pulling for the Hogs last night so maybe the powers that be will see the light and get rid of this Pearl character. He's a Yankee. He don't belong.

That "let's go Auburn" chant really has a negative effect on the team's play this season. Doesn't help that we lack depth and size. This Pearl fella's got a lot to overcome.
