My main Christmas gift was a homemade wok. This guy takes a tractor disc and welds horseshoes on the sides for handles. Get a propane tank and a stand, set that bad boy on it and BAM! You have stir fry chicken an brahkari. I haven't cooked on it yet cause I just got it yesterday but our neighbors have one and have had us over a couple of times and that thing is nothing short of badassery. Now, I need ideas. I've never wok'd before. At the neighbors, they did what you normally see at a Japanese Steak House with the chicken and steak, fried rice, veggies etc.
Any of you wokkers have any recommendations? Any recipes or tips?
