“Ben’s a great kid, he can play anywhere,†Trinity Christian coach Verlon Dorminey told the Florida Times-Union recently. “He’s got a 3.86 (grade point average) in the classroom, he’s already got the test scores. Stanford’s recruiting him, Northwestern’s recruiting him, they’ve both offered. He’s easy to coach. He just will fly downhill and just knock you out. He’s fearless.â€
Screw taking him from tOSU. He chose us over STANFORD. Not that they are a regular powerhouse (altho they haven't sucked the past few years), if my kid with a high GPA is offered a football ride to an academic school, guess where he's headed?
