messages showed Franco trying to arrange a meet up with the girl at a hotel in New York City even after she told him she was not yet 18 years old. He sent her several pictures of himself to prove he was the one she was speaking with.

I mean, I get that she's pretty hot but how can you be so clueless to think that she's not going to post your creeptastic messages to the world? I'd suspect this isn't the first time Franco tried to peddle his beans to a chick he met at a photo shoot regardless of age.

She said she was a couple days shy of her 18th birthday. If this took place a couple months from now, but she was exactly the same age, she'd probably be a college coed. Age of consent is actually 16 or younger in most states.

Not that this is exactly the case, but I've got a hard time thinking someone's a monster for fucking a chick at 11:59 the night before her 18th birthday, but he's a hero for doing it a minute later.
