Actually, Lord Saybinz may be on to something this time. It would definitely benefit the player who felt like he was ready or was getting some bad advice, to be able to work out for the pro scouts and be evaluated before having to declare and your eligibility is gone. We've seen it too many times where we all said, "What was he thinking?" The scouts can tell them where they're lacking and what they need to improve on with another year in college. Not a bad idea IMO.
