Bumpity bump. Several of you were warning about all the shift that's been happening with cruise ships the last few years. Our week came off without a hitch. Great time. However, my daughter called us last Friday and said the ship sprung an oil leak and had some electrical problems. They're limping into port today, a day later than scheduled. A ton of missed flights.
On a War Eagle note. My daughter also took us to a restaurant in St. Croix, Polly's At The Pier. They specialize in grilled cheese and cold beer. When we walked in, my daughter said War Eagle to the guy behind the counter and everyone erupted with a big War Eagle right back. The owners are all AU grads. I can now add St. Croix to the list of places I've been WE'd.
