AUBURN, Ala. – Five players from Auburn’s 2013 Southeastern Conference champions are among the 335 invited to the NFL Scouting Combine, set for Feb. 19-24 In Indianapolis.

Offensive tackle Greg Robinson, defensive end Dee Ford, cornerback Chris Davis, running back Tre Mason and punter Steven Clark will participate, the SportsXchange reported.

Robinson declared for the draft after a redshirt sophomore season that saw him shoot up draft boards. He is projected as high first-round pick.

Mason had the most prolific season in Auburn history, breaking school records with 1816 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns.

Davis was the top punt returner in the SEC and one of the top cover corners. He returned a missed field goal 109 yards with no time left to lift Auburn to a 34-28 victory over Alabama. He was second on Auburn’s team with 74 tackles.

Ford was among the nation’s top pass rushers. He had a spectacular week at the Senior Bowl, where he was named the top defensive lineman in practices and the Most Valuable Player in the game. Despite missing the first two games with a knee injury, he had 10.5 sacks, 14.5 tackles for loss and 17 quarterback hurries.

Clark averaged 42.6 yards per punt and had 26 out of 56 downed inside the opponents’ 20-yard lines.
