I'm pasting what I just copied from al. I am a gay twerker that has no balls!!!! I also have no idea how to use the quote function to post stories, so I annoy the piss out of others. I like male genatalia in and around my mouth. on our freshmenz. I like a redshirt if a guy is not physically ready for the D1 level and needs to gain more size and strength. Otherwise, I'm of the opinion that if they can compete and you have a need, plug them in. So, well over half our signing class has seen the field and since every one of our games have been close or at least very competitive, none of it has been in mop up duty. While I like a freshman getting PT, the fact that we've played so many either means: A.) We signed some bad ass mofos, B.) We were really hurting that bad and have to play them, or 3.) All of the above...anywhooz....
By unofficial count, eight Auburn freshmen haven't played so far, preserving the possibility that they could take a redshirt, including prized quarterback prospect Jeremy Johnson. Asked about Johnson's prospects for playing time this season on Wednesday, Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn declined to give details, although he did say the Tigers have been pleased with Johnson's progress.
Johnson was not listed on Auburn's updated two-deep depth chart Wednesday after being listed as an "or" with backup Jonathan Wallace in the Tigers' first depth chart offering. "We’ve got a lot of trust in Jeremy," Malzahn said. "He’s done a very good job for us so far."
Running back Peyton Barber, wide receiver Dominic Walker, offensive lineman Deon Mix, linebacker Cameron Toney, safety Khari Harding, kicker Daniel Carlson and punter Jimmy Hutchinson have not played yet, leaving them eligible to take a redshirt season.
Malzahn says the coaching staff has had discussions with each player about their plans for the season. Auburn's head coach hasn't officially declared any freshman a redshirt yet.
"You know with those guys that hadn’t played, each individual’s different," Malzahn said. "We’ve talked to all the different freshmen, different things."
