After the half Sumlin went about grinding up Arky on the ground for 262 (6.0 per carry) to go with 261 passing.  This doesn't bode well for Auburn.

Agreed but he did target this player and the crown of his helmet hit the other players helmet. By rule he should have been ejected. 

I'd say this hit was more egregious than Frost's hit, and I thought by the definition of the rule that Frost should have been ejected.

With that said, I see a guy who takes 2-3 steps, lowers his shoulder, and hits a defenseless receiver in his head and neck area with the crown of his helmet.

I thought there was more impact with shoulder pads, and the receiver was on his way to the ground otherwise impact would have been near chest/back area. With that said, he should have been ejected based on the fact that he did initiate contact with 3 steps after ball had been tipped by receiver.  It made no sense to continue on (after the tipped pass) and make contact with receiver.

I agree the rule, especially the ejection part, is bullshit. I also don't believe uat's DB was honestly trying to hurt the guy. Well a part of does but still. However, it is what it is. I think SEC replay officials need to go back and study the meaning of the word conclusive. Conclusive video evidence is needed to overturn a call, not well my gut says.....
