You are an awesome person and don't sell yourself short, Jake is a tremendous slouch.

Ok, I chortled aloud. Maybe even a light guffaw.

The angst that we have about the MLB position should likely be directed toward Tubbs and Chiz for letting it reach this level.
Tuberville?  Seriously??  I don't know if Bynes and/or Blackmon were MLB or not, but I remember some pretty good Tuberville LBs.

Tuberville?  Seriously??

If Tuberville recruited a linebacker or two his last year, they would be fifth year seniors.  So, uh, yeah, that motherfucker deserves the blame.

If they were superstar LBs, I highly doubt they would have stayed long enough to be 5th year seniors.  Regardless, blaming something on not having a 5th year senior at any position is a stretch.

Just sayin'.

Tubs last year combined with all of Chiziks in regards to recruiting and developing any quality at LB. Chizik moreso. But at least tubs had some studs on D most of his tenure. Id kill to have Bynes, TWill or even Dede. Many were undersized but played like head hunters.

And I'm meaning the last 3-4 years of production not just this year.

I blame Alabama's current offensive woes on Mike Shula.  He just never could land a truly elite QB.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

He started the ball rolling on the downhill slide at the least. I can't remember a recruit other than Bynes (he was our best in this time but slow compared to years past) since 07 that was high impact at LB.  Eltoro? Harry Adams? Spencer Pybus?

We lost out on recruits and didn't make much headway with the ones that we did get was my point.

There are some who blame Tuberville for everything. I don't know what's wrong with those people.  Should have his face on Auburn's Mt. Rushmore, but won't for all the blame-slingers who forget what he saved us from.

Jake should run on the field, line everybody up, and then run off real quick and let Frost handle the play.

Why can't he just hold up one of those cards with pictures of a llama, Huckleberry hound, Katy Perry and the Little Mermaid on it?

If he can't find a running back in a crowd of uniforms what makes you think he could find the sidelines? Unless OM gave him some classes.

Tubs biggest problem -he was tired of dealing with the likes of Jay Jacobs and his bullshit cronies.

He was done, you could tell, his heart wasn't in Auburn football anymore.  He got lazy/tired at the wrong damn time with the midget coming in.   The current situation we are in has nothing to do with Coach Tuberville though.

Unfortunately those responsible for his sacking have been sacked.  Which is why we are in this situation in the first place.  And mind you moose bites can be pretty nasty.

You meet a man on the Oregon Trail. He tells you his name is Terry. You laugh and tell him: "That's a girl's name!" Terry shoots you. You have died of dissin' Terry.
