College game day brings in Paul Fucktard to discuss Auburn.  That rat looking bastard couldn't help but throw in how uat beat Auburn 49-0.  How Gene Chizick is the worst coach to ever win a BCSNC.

I saw that.  Fuck him.  But he did give Malzahn a lot of praise along with the staff he put together.  He also said we'd win eight games and are close to turning it around.  But fuck him anyway.

He actually made me want to defend Chizik.

Genes gone. It's a new day. Let it go.

What a sad guy.

Didn't see him cover Auburn. Did see them bring him in to discuss Bama. It's like they just keep him on the sidelines to talk about the only two teams he even pretends to know anything about, and does 30 seconds on them.

His take on Bama was that Saban is a God and Bama is infallible. He actually said "Saban is the greatest coach of all time in Alabama history, which of course, means he's the greatest coach of all time in football history. Don't forget, Bear Bryant coached at Alabama!"

Thanks for that poignant reminder. I'm sure there may have been some people who forgot.

He went on to say that Ohio State would be in the bottom tier of the SEC. Corso & Herbstreit shook their heads in disgust and flat out said "That's ridiculous." It became apparent that even they hate Finebaum.

He's in over his head. He will be exposed QUICK as an idiot that doesn't know shit about X's or O's and can even pretend to know what he's talking about enough to say "Awbren sucks" or "Saban is a Golden God". He is the fat lady in Wal-Mart that Kaos was just talking about in another thread, football knowledge-wise, except somehow he is on ESPN.

Paul Finebaum Brings Auburn Trolling To A National Stage, Blasts Gene Chizik On Gameday
Aug 31st, 2013 at 10:13 am by Kyle KensingSEC

No one can accuse Paul Finebaum of selling out his SEC-centric shtick for a ESPN’s national audience. The professed “Voice of the SEC” made his ESPN College Gameday debut doing what he does best: trolling the Auburn Tigers fan base.

Finebaum used discussion of new Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn as a platform to blast former Tiger head coach Gene Chizik.

“Auburn would not have won the national championship [in 2010] without Gus Malzahn and of course, Cam Newton. Thinking back on Gene Chizik, has there even been a coach whose done a worse job to a national championship? I think he’s the worst coach to ever win a national championship.”

Finebaum has staked his reputation on hosting what is essentially the radio version of a fan message board. Every topic takes on a combative tone an middle ground is none existent, but listeners eat it up.

ESPN brass knew what it was doing when it hired Finebaum to be the face of the forthcoming SEC Network.

Whether Finebaum’s abrasive style and unabashed SEC homerism translates to a national audience is questionable, and to that end he’s appeared sparingly in his Gameday debut. Expect him to maximize his airtime with more provocative hot takes, designed to launch callers like “Tammy” and “Joe From Trussville” into frothy mouthed rages on his ESPN Radio program.

A little Finebaum goes a very long way. Kind of like castor oil.
