.....for the first half of the season opener vs. Rice, according to a text alert from ESPN. Apparently this was an agreement between aTm and the NCAA. I don't see the point in it. He denied that he took money, and apparently the NCAA doesn't have proof otherwise. If they did, certainly there would be other consequences. It almost seems as if the NCAA "convinced" aTm to do it so the NCAA would look like they're doing something, or look like they're being tough on something.
It's stupid, either way.
