Parkville Man Charged in Abduction
Baltimore County police have arrested and charged a 47-year-old Parkville man with the alleged abduction of his 65-year-old live-in girlfriend.
Police say the woman's 10-year-old grandson called 911 about 11 a.m. Tuesday and reported that a man named "Sonny" hit him and drove his grandmother away in her car.
Detectives found the woman and Nathaniel "Sonny" Knox about three hours later in Towson.
According to police, the woman, Burnetta Mae Ajide, told detectives she and Knox argued at the apartment and she left with him because she thought he might hurt her grandson.
Knox is charged with kidnapping and two counts of second-degree assault. He is also wanted on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.
