I guess he needs to go somewhere where they appreciate how fucking important he is and will cater to him as a true freshman even thought he has done nothing to earn anyones respect.
Similar situation for me, I hired a 19 year old to work in my shop, boy brought a book with him one day and procceded to go to the crapper with said book for 20 minutes or so 3 fucking times. I told my shop manager to tell him to leave the book at home or keep it in his car until break and then he could read for a few. Kid comes into my office the next day ad informs me that if I had something to tell him tell me himself, not to tell the shop manager to tell him!  little motherfucker had worked here 2 WEEKS!!

I informed him that he didn't make the fucking rules here and fired him on the spot. Gotta earn your place anywhere you go, 18-19 years old and wants the respect of an adult? please fool, grow up
