I have a theory that Auburn's all-timers are better than every other SEC team's all-timers.
To prove this, I'm going to need a little help starting with Auburn's best players of all time.
Only use players that dominated during college. NFL ability can only be considered during tie-breakers, and NFL ability can only be considered if a player was drafted high based on college performance. So for example, if we were using Michigan, they could not use Tom Brady as their best quarterback. Further, Jim Harbaugh would be considered the better choice than Tom Brady for Michigan's all-time quarterback because Harbaugh dominated during college and was drafted in the 1st round of the NFL draft based on his college performance.
What am I missing with Auburn? Who do I have wrong? Especially with older guys whom I did not have the pleasure of watching.

Why you'll never reach consensus.
Ken Bernich would snatch off your head and make a necklace of your teeth. He's not on here.
Greg Carr, Dr. Greg Carr, was a heck of a college player.
David King was absolutely fearless. Pound for pound as good as any defender ever.
Neil O'Donahue at kicker isn't here. Neither is Del Greco. Byrum had his moments but those guys? And what about Duvall?
Did I mention Ken Bernich? Good god a mighty that was a tough sonofa....
Jim Pyburn. Look that dude up some time.
Tucker Frederickson? The dude was Cam+Bo in the day.
Travis Tidwell. Held the records for 30 years.
Ken Rice, Zeke Smith, Mike Kolen, Mike Fuller, Bob Harris, Joe Cribbs...
I love CT, but he's not all time at WR as much as I want him to be. Not when there's Pyburn and Freddie Hyatt and Weygand and Gainous and maybe even Obomanu/Aromoshadu (merged) out there.
