Boston Marathon Explosion

There are more pictures of him. I just can't get to them at work.

He makes his way from the back of the crowd all the way up to where the bomb goes off. There are three pictures of him, and he's travelling alone except for his trusty "I can hold a pressure cooker" backpack.

I really think he's the guy.

A law enforcement official briefed on the investigation told The Associated Press on Wednesday a suspect was in custody.

But the FBI and the U.S. attorney's office in Boston dispute that.

The official who spoke to The Associated Press did so on condition of anonymity and stood by the information even after it was disputed.

The official was not authorized to divulge details of the investigation. The official had said the suspect was expected in federal court in Boston.

Earlier, sources told FOX 25 that a suspect could be seen on a camera at Lord and Taylor and that an arrest was imminent. It was reported that the suspect could be seen dropping a black bag.

Photos from the Moakley Courthouse in South Boston as well as video from SkyFox showed a large crowd and a large police presence at the courthouse.

Due to the conflicting reports, FOX 25 was working to confirm whether or not an arrest had been made.
