So, rename them "carbonated flavored hydration" or "flavored water" (rebranded and renamed of course), but the same product nonetheless. "Pop" and "Soda" are too old school anyway. It shouldn't be hard to do on fed level. Hell, those IDIOTS on capital hill still think tomatoes are vegetables.
