I like Uruguay. Sitting atop the world's  largest aquifer creates enormous potential for living off the government grid, so to say, and creating one's own, the possibilities are endless. This is probably why the Bush family bought 96,000 acres in neighboring Paraguay which also sits atop the same aquifer.

The Federal Reserve is a pretty accurate indicator of the current U.S. Economy...  If they are making a profit, our economy is not doing too hot.  Vice Versa.
