Luckily I did know the DA, got to go to driving school so this 16 year old's insurance didn't triple).

Damn that's low. $162 and change for failure to signal in Mobile. They have a nice little extortion racket going all over the state though.

I gave him A driver's license, registration and proof of insurance as the LAW DICTATES.

I then handed him a copy of my college degree, and that's when all the trouble started.
