If Trooper is doing it out of spite, he's a childish motherfucker.

If he is collecting a paycheck from somebody to influence these kids, let the NCAA sort it out.

I still don't understand what the allegations are here but even if Trooper is trying to influence kids away from AU (and I agree it would be childish) and even though it's a back-stabbing bastard that would do this while on our dole--it would likely never be proven or interest the NCAA. IF there is some good evidence, then surely it breaks some kind of NCAA rule.

Shouldn't there be some sort of clause in the contract that nullifies payment in the event shit like this goes down? If it is proven to have happened, Auburn shouldn't pay this towel waving prick one red cent from here on out.

Continuing to recruit or having contact with a recruit after being fired from a university and still under contract, could be a contract violation. Gag clause.

Don't get me wrong but there could more at work here than just Trooper's recruiting dis, especially, if he goes to work for SPUAT. How much does he know about CGM offense? Were any recruiting abnormalities that the little "west vance" fucker could try use against us? Troop would be in the know on some of these issues. I'm just looking at the big picture because I'm such the conspiracy nut and all.

Listening to Cole Cubelic on the way in and his guest was Justin Hokanson. He said Ron Sanders was full of shit. Atleast as far as Troop goes. Other ex coaches he couldn't be so sure of.

Btw, when did we get rid of the Bowden rule in our contract clauses?

I believe he said "currently unemployed" former coach.  And Van Gorder is probably busy making retro porn

Hmmm, if my son wasn't good enough to get a scholarship to a shitty AU team but a damn good TaM team offered, add to the fact that I wasn't retained and I was never offered a shot at OC which I was rumored to have wanted, I might be a tad bit bitter.  Just sayin.

I am not ready to point the finer at him just yet.

C'mon man. There has to be an app to include an "modify" icon and feature for this site. Unless of course you're using an ifone.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Oh. We wanted him. We just do not have the spin doctors to make his shit go away over the next four years. He will fit in perfectly in West Vance!

So. In that light, I'm glad dodged a bullet.

But it would have been nice to have been able to GIVE him what he needs to take care of his daughter.......

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.
