I was back at Ft. Benning this past weekend to hook up with some Old Army buddies and got these pictures. Pershing was a tactual nuclear missile (10mg if memory serves) Thought some of you might enjoy them.
1: Actual nuke site-Taking pictures of the missiles on the site was a big NO-No. Tall building was a guard shack. The wall going around was to keep us from being shot at.

2.It was like being inside a prison.

3.A lot of the young German folks did not like us being there and would protest.

4. Every unit got tagged to deploy back to the states and do a live fire.
