They'll find a way to blame it on the NFL and concussions.
Do people without concussions commit murder-suicide?
Do people who aren't raised in a macho-man atmosphere never commit murder-suicides?
This article infuriates me. "If poor Mr. Belcher would have been in touch with his sensitive side, none of this would have happened!"
Especially this line:
I've seen the tragic pattern across our nation of men who, in the heat of rage, have killed their girlfriends, wives or lovers, as if they had no other vocabulary or emotion to deal with the disagreement or the break-up.
No other vocabulary? This guy never had a moment in his life where he was taught to not kill someone to solve his problems?
A bunch of sissy fluff. He made a horrible decision. Blame him and not those that raised him.
Also, all I've heard about the guy is how he's been an upstanding man since high school. No one expected this. So it's not like he was acting like a thugged out hardass who was likely to murder his girlfriend.
