No, the Turd was no victim - but his life is fucked.   I've had so many guys tell me that worse things happen in frat houses when pledges pass out.  But this guy should have known better.  Making the point that he was just a normal moron with a life and a family before he did something MONUMENTALLY stupid was not making him a victim, IMO.  A cautionary tale about the loss of privacy and teh innerwebs.
