Srsly, this saddens me like Phillip Marshall.  I was watching the scores scroll last night and every time AU goes by, they're down 30....down 33....got it to 29....down 31.  I know it's one game.  Maybe it was one of those everything went wrong/everything went right nights.  But please don't tell me we're going down this road again.  I've been fairly optimistic about this club and Barbee.

I watched some of it...and let me preface this by saying that I don't think we are very good...but holy shit, Murray State was on fucking fire. It seemed like they couldn't miss.

They shot over 50% from the floor and nearly 50% from 3. Their starters were 9-16 from 3.

Auburn shot 33% and 20% from 3.

That shit will get you beat.....quick....

It's fundamental and should be practiced again and again and again daily.  It's not rocket science.  This is a huge pet peeve of mine!  They like to make those huge, dramatic, NBA-style slam dunks but Heaven forbid you get the basics of the game right!

Ed Zakree.  Just finding someone who can square up and shoot a jumper is tough these days.  It's all slash and dish and slam and launch the first available three.

I cannot believe you perceived any negativity in my post.  I expected us to be 0-4 at this point.  We're doing at least 57.4% better than I thought we would.

Need better point guard play from Wallace/Greene... penetration and passing off movement is absent. The result is few offensive rebounds and FT attempts.
Only average 10 assists/game as a team.
