There aren't enough emoticons in the world to express my agreement with a lot of that post.

This country is full of crybaby entitlist. I, for one, hate the liberal ideologies who promote such a lifestyle. I cannot understand how that asshole got 4 more years. Did folks just not like Romney?

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

I know that it hardly ever happens, but I think Obama doesn't win the popular vote.  And really, it should go by popular vote.  I know that when the Electoral College was originally conceived, it was to make sure smaller states still had rights.  But in today's landscape, I just don't agree with it.
Obama won the popular vote too, by the way.

They're counting 200,000 ballots in Florida.  Obama leads the popular vote by 2.8 million.  I don't think Florida's going to change anything.

I know I'll regret this...but...

Well, given the choice of the austere, 'grown-up' reality of a Romney presidency (that probably would have eventually led to an economically stronger America)

What, exactly, did Romney espouse or express, policy-wise, that was austere or "grown-up"?  All I ever heard was "He said/did this...I won't/will...".

Quote
or the soaring, vacuous rhetoric and "I will give you free stuff" mentality of The Pharaoh

Again, what/when was this expressed?

That's the problem he didn't and the One had a track record of freebies to run on. We lost and the welfare/warfare state won.

Boeing laying off along with Lockheed-Martin and Northrup Grumman, other companies. Now, Boehner is turning his coat inside out. I'm telling you guys, Ron Paul was our last chance to save what was left of our Republic and restore it.

You voted for Obama didn't you?

I can provide you with a copy of the Romney Plan for Economic Growth if you like to answer your first question.

As to your second, that's all I heard from The ONE and his worshipful minions.  Maybe my ears are stopped up or selective.

I'm going to Las Vegas to lick my wounds for a few days...and it will probably be the last time I spend any of my hard-earned money in a gorram blue state.

You all enjoy what you have wrought.  I'm working on an exit strategy.

Wes, that's pretty much what Obama did in 2008 and this year. As Romney even said in the debates, "attacking me is not a policy". Neither is hope and change. Or forward.

Romney laid out a plan. High level yes since one needs to go through congress first when nailing down specific details, but it was a plan. He's also done it before as governor and business owner. He knows how this stuff ticks. What enterprise or economy had Obama ever presided over before 2009?

Romney laid out a plan.

No, he did not.  If he did at some point, he failed to mention it ever again.

You voted for Obama didn't you?

I did.

Quote

It's moot now.  Perhaps Romney should have been more emphatic about his "plan."
