Seriously? So, that's the only way Alabama is winning. Hidden yards. Gotcha. That TD was a TD. He had the ball in his hands, never bobbled it, and one foot was on the ground. I don't know what more you want.

Just curious.....what's your excuse going to be when Ole Miss beats AU? They have new coaches, new system, new head coach, and a pro-style QB that now runs a HUNH spread. They look 200% better than last year. How can Ole Miss possibly be playing well this season?
Damn, you really have trouble comprehending what you read.

Also, might want to check and see who Ole Miss has played so far, before you say that they're 200% better:

Central Arkansas (W 49-27)
UTEP (W 28-10)
Texas (L Ass Raping)
@Tulane (W 39-0)
@uat (L Never had a chance)

If you watch how they play, they are 200% improved over last season. I would argue that their offense certainly looks better than Auburn's during this transition. And when you factor in that they will win 6-7 games this season, that beats the shit out of winning only 6 the past two seasons combined while getting your shit pushed in by Kentucky and Louisiana Tech and losing in OT to Jacksonville State. While 6 or 7 wins isn't where I would want Alabama to be, given the dumpster fire that Ole Miss was the past few seasons, .500 or better will be considered damn good progress for them. For comparisons sake, AU runs the risk of being a 6-7 win team in year 4 of it's HC with a fuckton of talent. Ole Miss is going to be a 6-7 win team in year one of a new HC from the Sun Belt conference with talent comparable to Vanderbilt.

You got all that from watching them go against a team that didn't realize it was playing a real game...and still got beat 33-14 by the sleep walking team? LMAO. Ole Miss might win 1 more game...MIGHT (Vandy), so your 2000000% theory will amount to nothing.

No, it comes from watching a few of their games this season. It's called looking at the whole body of work and not just one game. You should try that sometime. Fuck, even if they only win 1 more game this year, they will have won twice as many as last year. An improvement, nonetheless.

I think that Ole Miss beats AU, Arky, Vandy, and MSU. If I had to pick a game I was least confident in, it would be MSU. But something tells me they're going to be fired up to win the Egg Bowl after all of these years.

I'm calling bullshit. You say your opinion of Ole Miss comes from watching a few games this year. I'd like to know which of those games you watched. Central Arky? Tulane? UTEP? The ass raping by Texas? Was that where you saw such dramatic improvement you come to the conclusion Ole Miss will win 7 games?

Jeavon Snead, says hello.

This is the first time in my life that I actually have to wonder if we beat Ole Miss and Vandy.  Even in 2008 when we looked like dogshit against UT, I knew we would go to Nashville and beat the piss out of Vandy and I was wrong.  I have to agree with the Nutless Sanggled one.  Until we prove that we can put more than 20 points on the board against a non SunBelt opponent, then I have zero confidence that we can win a conference game this year.

I watched their game against Texas and the Alabama game. Even though they got the shit beat out of them by Texas, they were playing alot better than last year. Texas is averaging close to 50 points a game, so that result doesn't surprise me. Ole Miss is not on the verge of competing for a championship or anything. But given the situation, they're better than most expected. Fuck, they have two more wins than AU at this point. Year one of a new everything, going from pro-style to HUNH, with a sophomore pro-style QB.

I'm not trying to be a dickfaced bammer with the comparison. Simply wondering how a program in shambles like Ole Miss can make the transition and show signs of improvement after making the change, but a program that appeared to be in it's prime like AU is sputtering. Especially with the likes of Prowler running around calling everybody morons because they're able to make the same connection to Ole Miss and other programs the same as I.

I understand your point, and I can go with that. I think my point on that will be a little better made later on in the season, though. Part of the overall point is that they lost to the same type teams over the past two seasons. Jacksonville State, Louisiana Tech, etc. They looked absolutely hapless. They don't have the talent right now, but in year one, they appear to be executing fairly well even though they are losing. Their main problem right now is talent. And that's a good place to be right now if you're Hugh Freeze in year one. Not saying they're going to win a national championship next year with a good class. But you can watch them play and tell what's what.

Admittedly, the OM/Bama game was the first I had watched of either team this year.  Kept switching back and forth during the UA/Meatchicken game just to catch the score but didn't really watch.

Impressions:  Bama looked bored and uninterested.  Like they knew it was in control and not a lot of fire.  I do think they're missing a legitimate threat to rush the passer and while the O-line is one of the biggest and baddest on paper, they look suspect in giving solid protection to McTattoo. I knew WKU had a bunch of sacks and I wrote that off to again, being uninterested in who was lining up on the other side of the ball.  And not that OM was exactly pounding McHeismanTalk, they still got through enough times to keep him from getting set.

OM does look better.  How much better, I have no clue.  They certainly got after it on defense and the offense looked, at times, quick and efficient.  I believe they have A&M this weekend if I'm not mistaken.

I'll reserve judgement on that until after I see us play Ark.   Their Soph, JC t'fer QB seems, unlike Frazier, to grasp the system he is in for the first time ever.  They'll score on our Defense.

”A few of their games” means that you've seen more than two, which you apparently haven't. Next time, try not to sound like the babbling retard that everyone here thinks you are.

I thank alabamuh gets beat by everyone else on their schedule, every team that they play done gotten better 476% from last year.

Then a bama fan that hates the coaching staff along with everyone in the Ath. Dept. says, ”the fact that a Auburn fan posts that means something terrible is happening at bama.”

Fuck me like a goat.

If you can't tell that Ole Miss is improved over last year, I can't help you. There's nothing that I'm going to be able to show you to prove it otherwise in your mind, regardless of how obvious it is. What games of theirs did you watch this season to decide that they are still a dumpster fire? They may have lost by 19 in Tuscaloosa, but if you watched it, I wouldn't exactly consider it a donkey punching. I would consider it an improvement over the Texas game. Not that Alabama is the greatest, but Ole Miss gave them fits on both sides of the ball. They were physical, looked confident in what they were doing, looked disciplined and well coached. Relatively speaking, they actually looked OK versus Texas also. Certainly better than last year. Also keep in mind that in the two deep on both sides of the ball, they have like 6 four star players. No bullshit. 6. No talent, new coaches, new systems, but improved over last year.

Why is it Auburn can improve while losing according to you, but NOBODY else can?
